Good lord! Cultural differences aside. Can you imagine being a foreigner in that country and trying to call emergency services for help when they ask you for your address? Emergency Operator: "Hello, can I help you?" "Uhm yeah, there's a humongous ass fire in my apartment and I'm trapped.
