Apparently she was drunk and needed to relieve herself so she climbed over the fence..

The tragedy occurred on June 11 on the waterfront of Gelendzhik. Near the sea walked two tourists. One of the women wanted to relieve herself and, despite the warning signs, began to climb over the fence.

Behind the fence was a piece of land 50 centimeters wide, and then a cliff. The woman could not resist and fell down. Death was instantaneous, because the bottom was large rocks that she fell on.

I saw this a few days ago and it seemed obvious that her inebriated self decided to hang from the balcony and relieve herself, but that type of balcony railing is too large on top and typically slippery. She fell immediately. This is a fatal “hold my beer and watch this!!” moment.
