Re: Woman in Syria Executed in the Street
I'm tired of hearing "savages" when we see these vids. Sure it's not fuckin right to execute someone accused of adultery. BUT on the other hand I'm sure plenty of folks here would line up to see every convicted pedophile or rapist shot in the face. Accused/Convicted whatev our justice system is fucked. I say we need to get our savage attitude back in the states, if criminals knew they faced swift and brutal punishments for their crimes, I would be willing to bet crime rates drop.

Re: Woman in Syria Executed in the Street
Religion has stopped progress in these areas for millenniums. It will never end. The 'innocents' that will die as a result of us razing the place with fire and stomping out these roaches are already 'dead' so, fuck these pieces of this, wipe them off of the planet. The end.

Re: Woman in Syria Executed in the Street
It's one thing to believe your fucked up religion is the one TRUE faith and yet another to believe that this is how the so-called almighty wants you to deal with 'sinners', but screaming 'falal-fuckbar' every opportunity you get from taking a shit to blowing your ass up...well, that's a stretch...

Re: Woman in Syria Executed in the Street
In these assbackward nations, this woman could have been accused of adultery for simply being in the same places as another non-relative male...it's not like they make the effort to make a distinction. Obviously adultery is not the same as rape or child sexual abuse, but as terrible as these crimes are and as much as we'd like to see painful retribution against the perpetrators of such crimes, there's no hard evidence that these crimes would be dramatically reduced if the death penalty was applied. In fact, it's more likely that the MURDER rate would increase to avoid leaving a witness to the crime. |
