Nice ass on that paramedic. Tight. Reckon he got stabbed in middle of chest. Nicked his aorta or similar. Bleeding out inside then collapses..temporarily sealing the cut allowing blood to flow and him to regain a bit of conciousness.. stands up, cut opens again and loses pressure and no effective pumping and falls down blacked out.  |
