On Monday morning (03), Delegate Fabiano Mozza gave a press conference about the murder of Anderson Luis Baldin, 42 years old, which occurred over the weekend. The crime took place at a beverage distributor on Rua Ipanema, in the Periolo neighborhood, in Cascavel. According to the police chief, last Saturday, at around 1:30 am, the police were called to respond to an incident at the Instituto Olímpico de Vida, in the Periolo neighborhood. At the scene, they found Baldin dead, the victim of a stab wound to the chest. The police also arrested a 23-year-old woman suspected of being the perpetrator of the crime. A knife was seized at the scene and security camera footage was collected. The images from a surveillance camera that recorded the crime made the work of the Homicide Division easier. Witnesses and the alleged perpetrator were taken to the police station to give statements. A friend of the victim, who was present at the time of the crime, reported that there was no disagreement between Baldin and the suspect. He said that Baldin simply put his hand on his friend's cap and asked him to leave, at which point the suspect took the knife out of her bag and stabbed him. The Homicide Division highlighted that the attacker and the victim did not know each other and had met that night. The suspect had no criminal record in Paraná. According to the police chief, the motive for the crime was futile, which aggravates the suspect's situation. The perpetrator of the crime was arrested and is in the public jail for girls with social security. |
