that looks like some kinda frenzied revenge attack on a cheating wife/girlfriend or by a woman who's husband she slept with, defo a "message" the knife up the snatch !!!

Looks like that little knife got a lot of use before they planted it there. Good thing for her I guess since she probably didn't have to experience that.
