It's like a real-life Hong Kong "Category III" horror film starring Anthony Wong as the crazed knife-wielding killer rampaging and murdering young women in a mall. I could even imagine that killer with the same mad, flaring eyes in Anthony Wong's overacting style. If he had more time, he would have surely made pork buns out of 'em and tried to sell 'em to the detectives on the case  |

Assuming he wasn't murderously psychotic and having a schizophrenic breakdown (a lot of homeless are mentally ill), this might have been a hate-crime motivated incident. Maybe he saw the two women engaging in PDAs (they look LGBT in the pic) and this caused him to fly into a rage. Just a theory.

That’s horrific. She had no chance as he attacked her from behind totally randomly. And then her friend was so brave trying to get her to safety and ended up dead too. Horrible way to die and totally pointless and undeserved

They don’t do this in China and there is no need to either. Seemingly random acts of violence like this are rare. The exception, of course, is in the west near the border to Afghanistan in Xinjiang province.

If I couldn’t escape, then I would take off my shirt and engage him directly. Old colleagues used to joke about “retard” strength, so I don’t know how long I would last, but I would try if I had no other choice. My strategy would be to absorb a down/upward slash and rush in for a chokehold/full Nelson and/or eye gouge while trying to somehow get him to a railing. He doesn’t look like he weighs much so I think if I could get him to the railing, I could probably throw him over. After that, it would be a race to see how long until the ambulance arrives. It’s HK and not mainland China, so hopefully the response time would be faster to save me before I lose too much blood. |

First of the knife he is weilding is just to large to fuck with him in the actions of his stabbing, murder rampage. To fuck with him at any stage of the crime is to invite DEATH For Sure. Only if you had an Equal weapon could you stand your ground and take action. Say an Aluminum Bat would be a Great Weapon here. Mother fucker facing a fast ass swing aluminum bat would have backed his ass up in a second. Crack his Ass while he's flailing to try and break an Arm staggering him to then take the offensive and land A Dome Shot to stop him in his tracks then you commence to make meat Sauce of his skull. Other than a an Aluminum Bat your definitely at a huge disadvantage. Too bad the woman should have just Boned Out knowing all hope for her SO was lost. She kept coming back to piss him off and set his target on her and for that she too will be buried in the same funeral as her friend. The cops should have just blasted that POS and be done right there.
