Are we sure that's a woman with no boobs? She needs a good shaving of the genital area either way. I see no male genitalia, but, she's kind of masculine looking. |

I've seen the picture but never the actual video. It's called a "Chelsie Smile" but it was maybe done after she was dead. Usually the killer cuts the mouth and then causes pain to the victim to make them scream therefor causing the mouth wounds to rip open.
