On 1st July 2018 in Belém District, 32 year old Renata Cristiane do Nascimento Ferreira was stabbed to death during an argument. She was stabbed twice in her chest. She died minutes before the ambulance arrived.

The suspects are a young man + his mother-in-law. Residents restrained + assaulted them. They have been arrested but state that they are innocent.
