Woman That Was Shot and Killed by a Hitman
Ecuador. Graciela V. G. P. was the victim murdered in the hitman-style attack. She was a well-known local merchant in the area. Preliminary police investigations suggest she may have been targeted for failing to pay extortions. She was widely recognized in central Machala for selling traditional refreshments, specifically horchatas and water blend with fruit, grains en sweetener. She had just completed some shopping and was riding home on her electric motorcycle when she was intercepted. Forensics teams from the National Police recovered 9 bullet casings and four deformed 9mm projectiles from the crime scene. This murder was part of a bloody five-hour spike in violence in the area that Saturday. Two other individuals were also assassinated in separate targeted attacks across the city. |
