As usual, Oswald can only comprehend what he wants to.

The woman was not a cheater. The shooter was cheating on his wife with her. She tried to split up with him and he killed her because of it.
Apparently we should now execute people for adultery. Amazing. Oswald hates all muslims. Yet, he shares many of the same views about life as Isis. They too believe that adultery is an executable offence.
What else Oswald should be an executable offence? Jay-walking? Cheering for an opposing football team? Selling licorice ice-cream?
