Gosh, WTF! Poor woman. And at that moment having a freaking bus be the vehicle next to her. Shit. Only 28, 2 years younger than me. Could have been avoided if this asshole opened his door with care. Clearly there are bikes passing by before she comes along, so seeing that, a responsible driver would look out for what vehicles are coming up. God. Fucking people don't give a shit for anything but themselves. Can't take a few moments to make sure the coast is clear before swinging the door wide open. Urg. This is so maddening because its so avoidable. And the asshole doesn't even look bothered. He deserves to be charged, I don't think he planned to open the door and make sure to hit a biker. I don't think that's what happened. But he sure was careless and should be charged with something for that. It's part of being a licensed vehicle driver, you have responsibilities. Not just when you are only driving. UGH!   |
