Imagine being in an accident like that, just about alive, calling out for help... Only to look up and see a bunch of tards just watching you die.
yeah we should all do what you're saying, not just watch the video,

but project ourselves in there, visualize it from their point of view. the ground rushing up, the bullhorn in our side, the crack of the stray voltage etc. it's gotta suck as you said seeing a crowd, the cell phones out, doing dick to help you

Not So Sure if you understand the sitch. IF a motorcyclist wears a helmet in a third-world country (sometimes even in a first or second-world country as well) they are most likely not secured to the head with the 'ol retention (chin) strap. Thus, what Kel said was indeed correct for that particular video.
