Updated the post with CCTV footage of the moment it happened. Quality is horrific so I'm not sure, but it seems that she got run over by two vehicles - a passing white car, and a black car that was turning right on to the road.

It looks like she was run over by that white car and again by a black SUV. The black SUV didn't see her because the white car had to stop at the traffic light and her body was lying on the ground right behind the white car.  |
