The munition itself is designed to splinter upon impact with bone so small fragments in all logic wouldnt have enough force left to tear away a chunk of skull upon exiting like the lucky ones that take a 5.62mm or 7.62mm round to the head and then their heads look like a deflated balloon (if they have a head left)

So, pistol rounds are not designed to fragment, and the reason rifle rounds often do is from the forces relating to velocity in soft tissues.

I've seena couple pistol bids, enough shots or ones of close enough proximity will cause extreme destruction of the skull that leads to the flattened head appearance.

The reason rifle rounds cause this with very few shots, or even 1, is due to cavitation fracturing the bones, which then spread apart and don't come back together very well, thus leaving a flatter/more destroyed look after the shot.

So, most bullets aren't designed to splinter, in fact most are designed to not but often do from impacts with hard objects (bones) or yawing inside the body. You can see this most obviously in soft point full sized rifle rounds. They are meant to expand, but not break up on impact, thus transferring energy in a very linear, fairly predictable way.

I watched all bullets it went directly to the neck, that guns are powerful and moves your hand while using in full auto.

On the afternoon of 30th July 2021 in Matinhos (Brazil), 41 year old V.L.R. was murdered.

'V' was in her bed when 2 men entered her home. The other occupants of the house (her 4 children + a man who was cleaning their pool) were made to leave. Then, 'V' was shot dead.

Before the gunmen fled the scene, they wrote the initials of the faction group PCC, on the outside wall. 'V' was a drug trafficker + member of rival gang PGC.
