The first two attempts would have been captured in video very well, but the "God of video fails" never sleeps, the gun misfired enough times to allow that idiot to stand between the camera and the action to ensure we didn't have a clear view of the execution and as always someone appointed the most idiotic of the bunch to hold the camera and shake it right at the moment of the shot. The end result is we don't see shit! |

Luciana pulls the trigger twice but the gun, caliber point 40, which should theoretically be used exclusively by the police, failed. Why should a .40 cal theoretically be used by the police? It is a very popular caliber. I personally carry a .45 but that's just me. |

In some countries it is illegal to own the same caliber weapon used by the police or military. You will often see odd calibers very popular there, such as .38 super or smaller like .32 or .380acp used by the general public, but of course as the article pointed out, criminals don't care |
