Acually it looks like no one could see the vehicle coming because there was a very big truck that was loaded with stuff parked behind where they were all standing. It appears that a even larger truck eather lost brakes and or was not paying attention and hit the smaller big truck which caused a noise and and scared everyone to run with little to no idea what’s going on.
