Woman Killed in Hit and Run by a Taxi
Mexico, The woman that was run over by the driver of the CO-1874 taxi on Avenida 1 and Calle 7 in the Centro neighborhood of the municipality of Córdoba, died due to multiple fractures. The woman was identified as 69 year old V.G.S. by her relatives. The Prosecutor's Office has already learned of the facts, attested to them and to the death of the woman who was run over, and therefore opened an investigation file for the crime of homicide against the cabbie. The alleged perpetrator has been recognized as 45 year old F.S.R., who apparently was the first time he worked in that taxi. The man is a fugitive from justice, after having abandoned the car on 25th avenue. The Nissan Tsuru CO-1874 car has been confiscated by the authorities and sent to the corralón, where it was placed at the disposal of the ministerial authorities who carry out the investigations to define causes and responsibilities.
