He fucked his mistress in the same house near a sleeping wife ... I'd vote NOT GUILTY if I was on jury. Punishment for stupidity, at the least. The wife has every reason to kill in a jealous, sleepy rage in the dead of the night, and I think she will get away with this one.

It’s so fucking stupid to kill someone just because they cheated on you, I don’t care what the circumstances are....everyone thinks love is an ownership thing but it’s a sharing thing. Be glad that person chooses to share themselves with you. If it doesn’t work out, so what? Just move on “plenty of fish in the sea”
