Mindset. She would have stood there, in front of vehicles entering the wash, hundreds of times and they all stopped. Therefore this one was going to stop. That belief was so strong that even when it was obvious to us that it wasn't going to stop, she didn't believe it. And, also, dumb as fuck for standing there in the first place. |
