It’s a miracle that child survived. How heartbreaking. I also feel bad for that truck driver: he couldn’t see her crossing. He was probably very traumatized & devastated that he hit them.

Some traffic stopped and other traffic didn’t. Hard to tell if there’s a traffic light but seeing the two cars stop made me think there is.  |
