Tbh, unless she can be got to with blood and fluids and potentially intubated by medical personnel extremely quickly in that position, I’d be inclined to haul her off and then put as much pressure on the wounds as possible. I’d think either situation would give her an equal slim chance, and at least in one scenario she’s not stuck on a fence.

If it's already bleeding there's no point of having her suffering hanging there all unconftable! I would've moved her down. Not a big difference if she died anyway.

My son is an FDNY EMT and he was called to go to that accident. He and his partner had a hard time with that one. She was still alive.. I don't know how he and his fellow FDNY EMT's or any other EMT keep it together sometimes..

Damn, dude moves her. Not sure that was a good idea, though, I don't know what the proper protocol is for that kind of thing.
Doing nothing seems far worse. Time is against them, better to try to stabilize them so they can breath, and just manage the blood loss as best you can.

In a situation like that...never ever move them...same if a person is trapped under/over a wheel or whatever...or some sort of similar shit. Even if someone has been stabbed...or whatever...DO NOT remove the object...until proper help arrives...and they can assess the situation.
