Hmmmmm.......may well have been suicide......but I have also seen a LOT of this in Mexico, where the narcos hang their enemies from overpasses so people will see them......and since this is Brazil......it might just as easily have been a murder....

Are we sure it was suicide? Actually...probably is. It's Brazil, when you get killed by someone, they just shoot you to death. Mexico is where they hang you.
