Seems a bit drastic. I'd take a guess that her whole life was pretty restricted and this was the straw that broke the camel's back.

If she was in Saudi, she was a fucking slave to them.. I'm sure they never let that woman do anything personal.. Not justifying her reasoning behind hanging herself.. Too bad, so sad..

Sidenote: that's a strong ass ceiling fan to hold that body weight up and not buckle
