My question was, why she didn't wait at the centerline, where there was a barrier to shield her, and then finish crossing once the drunk guy passed by her. Traffic wasn't that heavy that she couldn't have waited another ten seconds. Also, it is the beginning of September, and they ALREADY have Sleet and snow? JESUS! |
