Didn't look like he was going all that fast either. They fuckin BOUNCED off that van..
Actually, it's the angle of the video that makes it look like the van is not going that fast. It's kind of like when you look at a train speeding towards you and it's easy to miscalculate the speed. So many people have died miscalculating the speed of the train.
The angle of view is deceptive.
