I believe this was in India. Older son was telling his mother to lift her foot or something. Mother probably trick the kids into thinking this is some kind of game but meaning to send the video to her husband as a “punishment” for him to watch

They are speaking punjabi, the kid is telling the mom how to kick the chair back, it seems the kid did not know the mom would choke and the two kids tried to help her once they saw she was choking. These suicide in front of children videos take the cake as some of the most horrific things i seen here
