Somebody slow it down please...looks like (at 0:02) someone was stealing HPs to pull his or her bike along by hanging on to the truck's side ladder (similar to bumper surfing). We've all done it, bike rolls just fine until a certain speed where it begins to wobble...and then whoops, out-of-control wipe out right into the other bike. Hard to tell who was flattened since they are both wearing dark pants/light jackets, but I think it was the surfer.
