Woman Fell or Jumped from a Highrise Building
O.B, 22 year old fell or jumped from a highrise building in the Chamkar Mon District, Phnom Penh this afternoon. She has a red tattoo on her back and a red Kitty doll and a crown on her right wrist. She is from a Khmer-Vietnamese mixed race. Before her death, she was seen posting a story on Fb saying, "I've taken the medicine, and I'm going to kill myself soon."       |
