Did anyone else notice he was lowering that body with ripped up bed sheets tied together???!!!
would have been easier to lay a spine-board over the wires, lift the lady a bit and strap her to the board before lowering her straight down without appendages swinging everywhere.

as for the missing arm. heavy mass falls rapidly from 12 stories up, its liable to lose any part of the body that snagged the taut wires. wire guillotine effect.
