The thud, and the fact that the train driver made the decision to stop, seem to prove that she was hit. It doesn't prove she was killed (hopefully she wasn't) but getting hit by a train is one of those things that few people would be able to tell the tale about afterwards.

She definitely got hit, in the original clip you hear her bounce off the front of the train then there's another thump about a second later where she hits either the ground or the fence.

People have been hit by cars at 30mph and the results were often fatal. There is no chance she would survive a direct hit by something like a train at a similar speed.
