Russia, A young woman fell to her death after she was standing on the ledge outside the balcony o the 12th floor. The victim tried to climb back, but fell, hung on the railing, before falling down.

She reportedly had a quarrel with her lover.

~ She threatened to commit suicide to her lover after the quarrel, if they didn't make up, unfortunately she lost her grip & he didn't come to her rescue, either way.
