I won't watch it (I'm too soft  ), but going by the description of the suspicious points made by Vedderman, the repetitive sounds could have been added later in the hope of increasing the horror factor of the video. After all, these videos are basically one gang making a statement to rival gangs.

It's likely that the initial sideways slicing never got deep enough to hit the carotid arteries. This is probably why we only see surface bleeding. They then finished her off with a direct stab through the center of the throat, which misses the arteries because they are located on the sides.

Could you please elaborate though, how a direct stab through the center of the throat would cause immediate death—aside from potential paralysis, if, say, they hit the spine the wrong way. |

Personally, I think the more likely scenario is that she never died on the video we have so far. If you but keep your eyes fixated on her chest, and if you are keen, you can see her still breathing to the very end of the video, and most likely fainted. Assuming she was indeed killed, it must have been completed after the video ended.
