Found the place from Google Map. It's "Alsancak, 1481. Sk. No: 1 D:1E, 35220 Konak/İzmir, Türkiye" just in front of "Ufuk Market".

Looking at the attached photos that's extracted from Google Map, you can see that the photo taken on year 2020 the floor and cable are covered but April 2024 the cement was gone and can see part of cable being exposed.
