That's why you see her suddenly become more compliant and just offer her neck.

IMO, the loud screaming for the second arm was more out of fear than pain; fear of dying.. hoping the screaming might garner some sympathy.

BTW, did anyone else notice at the 11 second mark where the guy pushes down on her arm to snap out the bone? You can actually hear a crunch. gah~~~~
