Lots of women carry full term and are not recognizable as being pregnant. It seems crazy, but after watching episodes of those "I didn't even know I was pregnant" shows and SEEING pictures - I believe it. This woman may have lived long enough to clean herself up. She doesn't need to have been wearing the same clothes as during the procedure. She may be wearing a type of padding to shield her clothes. Most of the bleeding may have happened before she changed, though it does seem like she'd be too weak to change..... |
