The cops had no reason to be going thru her shit since she hadn't even committed a traffic violation, and he didn't find anything other than a tiny bag of weed, big whoop. Why are fat ass cops arresting people for owning a fucking plant? Dunno what country you're from but in the United States one of the fundamental principals of our legal system is that everyone is innocent until proven guilty, she was driving along minding her own business and got stopped because the guy who registered the car had warrants out. She should have been on her way as soon as he determined the guy he was looking for wasn't in the vehicle. Having a bunch of old tickets for driving with a suspended drivers license doesn't give anyone the right to search you or your vehicle.

No, you have no idea what you are talking about. The cop was looking for a person because ARREST warrants had been issued for him because of...who cares? It's irrelevant. No where is it mentioned that the cops had a SEARCH warrant that may have entitled them to search particular property. Why are you so determined to trash the constitution and argue that police have unlimited rights to do whatever they want? Despite the high levels of hysterical idiocy in our politics this is still america and we still enjoy tiny shreds of protection from the 4th amendment even if the war on drugs managed to destroy most of our rights
