She seems to be in total shock. It looks like shes trying to move the chassis of the truck away from her face, as though it's something lightweight that's just hanging in her way. Shock does strange things to a person, that's for sure.

How about instead of filming her die you actually help? Fucking assholes. It looks like its just her leg that's fucked up. Make a tourniquet and she'd probably survive.
