Woman Destroyed After Being Run Over by Car on Highway
A 52-year-old woman, E.d.R.P., was run over on the BR-116 highway in Caxias do Sul, Rio Grande do Sul province. According to the Federal Highway Police, the victim was hit by a Volkswagen Up vehicle when she tried to cross the highway to board a bus. The victim died on the spot, while the driver of the car was not injured.
