Woman Dead After Being Hit by a Tram
Romania, A woman aged 59 years died Monday evening in the capital, after being run over by tram.

According to traffic police officials, the victim crossed illegally.

The accident happened at around 17:30, in District 4, at the intersection of South Market and Vacaresti.

The woman tried to cross illegally, but was hit by tram and remained trapped under it.

Doctors arrived at the spot could not revive the woman.

She was identified and the family will be notified of the incident.
