Re: Woman Crushed After Walking In Front of Train
the sound of the train that killed her was indistinguishable from the one she was waiting to pass so she could cross, she just made the mistake of not looking to her left before crossing. it's pretty much the only circumstance where death by train is at least understandable

Re: Woman Crushed After Walking In Front of Train
Yeah, the loud noise of the other passing train that she was waiting on masked the sound of the approaching train. Maybe add a bit of general dizziness/absent mindedness, or other thoughts occupying her mind... and possibly alcohol on top of that... If one found themselves in the exact same scenario, you might be shocked how easily this could happen. Horrible horrible trajedy. Her friend must have been distraught. Bless |

Re: Woman Crushed After Walking In Front of Train
If i m even near to the tracks slightest of a train horn sounds alarming to me.I am over cautious with crossing the tracks. If there's a train passing by its better to just wait.See clearly both sides then cross over. You cant assume that there's only one train.Sorry for her. |
