São Paulo, Brazil A 45-year-old seamstress, Daniela A., was crossing the road on her way to work when she was run over by the speeding driver of a car. Witnesses said two white vehicles were seen speeding. They are suspected of being involved in a street race. |

I’m curious as to why she didn’t just wait to cross the road when she saw the first car flying down the street, let along not continuing towards the trees.
