Pressure of the noose against the tongue and neck musculature. Fairly common finding in hangings. They also frequently drool on themselves, leak snot from their nose, clench their fingers, have their eyes half open with burst blood vessels, and piss/shit their drawers. Go check one of the main hanging threads in the photo section; you'll see it happens all the time. |
