Jaçanã, São Paulo, Brazil

A 38-year-old woman, identified as Yvia da Silva Castro, was fatally stabbed whilst holding her child in her arms in the North Zone of São Paulo. The crime was committed by a 25-year-old, Evelyn, who is reportedly a transgender woman, and who was arrested.

Evelyn already possessed a criminal record relating to previous fights and threats against women with whom they had romantic relationships, but there was no restraining order between Yvia and Evelyn, with Yvia seemingly nonplussed as Evelyn entered her property.

Cut her neck deep. Didn’t take her long to die either. Around 10 seconds and she lost enough blood to basically lose consciousness.

hopefully the kids are too young to form memories (~4yo is when we start having autobiographical memories).

gotta be careful cause some people are ticking time bombs. had a friend get killed by trying to stop his other friend from drunk driving. the guy didn't like being told what to do so he slashed his neck in response. this was in the hood and they were both drunk so that explains a little bit but i don't think normal people resort to that behavior right away.
