I think it's probs cuz the dude's disabled. But yeah, I notice this too sometimes whenever I browse through posts of people in developed countries (or whites) getting iced. Again, not all the time, but enough times to notice.

I can see her getting an aggravated assault charge for the actual killing at the very least, they'll probably charge her with vehicular homicide/manslaughter also. They wont be able to charge her with any DUI related crimes though. But when her time comes to get sentenced, the victims age, and the fact that he was disabled, and that she fled the scene are all going to fuck her as aggravating factors. My guess is she will take a plea deal and end up doing ~13 years when everything is said and done.
