Woman in Borrowed Car Fatally Crashes into 2 Elderly Women
Turkey, S.K, a woman who borrowed her boyfriend's car, got mixed up with the gas and brake pedal resulting into crashing into two 74 year-old women (M.C. & R.C) that were sitting and talking in front of their home last Friday. Both were squeezed between the car and another parked car. R.C. died on the spot and M.C. on her way to the Hospital. Police teams detained her boyfriend together with S.K. It was determined that SK was living in the same neighborhood as the two women. SK was arrested and sent to prison by court, while MC and RC were buried by their relatives. İ.C., the man of M.C, and K.C, the son of R.C, reacted to the accident. They see the incident as a chain of negligence rather than an accident. It is also a matter of negligence to give the car to a careless person. The house is directly on the front of the street. It's murder that comes with a chain of neglect, he said. |

A terrible tragedy. However, it must be said that the driver had a nice rack and a booty to be reckoned with.

I’ve mistakenly hit the gas when I thought my foot was on the brake. This was an accident, not neglect and certainly not murder. And If I’m reading the article right, they’re even going to charge the driver’s bf for loaning her the car? That’s just crazy.  |

YLMV (Your laws may vary) In the states if you and your friend decide to rob a bank and the police kills your buddy in the process, you'll get charged with his murder "That's just crazy" too, don't you think In some Latin American countries if someone runs over a person with your car you'll get charged too no matter if you was at home sleeping that Saturday night but your buddy got drunk and killed someone while driving your car. |
