The symptoms here are consistent with methanol poisoning. Smells and tastes just like ethanol. 24 to 72 hours later, this is what you see. It could also be ethylene glycol, but my money is on methanol.

As an aside, this is exhibit A for everyone who posts those "10 people drank bad distilled liquor and tipped over and died!" posts. Nobody falls peacefully asleep in their deck chair with methanol poisoning. It gets a lot worse from here.
