UNLESS THAT WOMAN HAD SHORT HAIR AND A MUSTACHE....WHICH SHE DOESN'T IN THE VIDEO....THE PICTURE IS NOT OF THE VICTIM AND SHOULD BE REMOVED. I MEAN C'MON THAT LOOKS LIKE A GUY AND THE VICTIM HAD LONG BLACK HAIR AND A LOT OFF IT.   |
