Re: Woman Accidentally Shoot and Kills Her Boyfriend

Only idiots will rage rant and judge a while society off of one comment. Get some therapy. Put DocumentingReality down and find a therapist. also judging by your last sentence, your desperation is at a dangerously high level.

And as an American, you type this nonsense as if you have the appropriate way of thinking about firearms for safety.
Anyone reading your comments that isnt American finds it absurd and almost comical. "I was taught to assume every gun you encounter is loaded" . -this is comical. Only idiot Americans have guns laying around so that children constantly encounter them, and instead of being responsible and getting rid of the guns, or locking them up securely, you put the onus on the child because its so effing likely that he will encounter multiple guns (in america).
Retard soup down there.

That was not accident. Promising to come in when called upon??? Are you fucking kidding?? Since when does killing someone and just saying it was an accident afford a defendant the leisure of just coming in when called upon?????? Plezzzzzzzzz

Re: Woman Accidentally Shoot and Kills Her Boyfriend

Well, fuck you very much. You are a retarded moron for coming at me like this because you’re NOT an American and don't know what it's like growing up in a country where guns are so prevalent. I’m sure it does sound absurd to people who live where guns are completely outlawed. I can understand that completely, while you’re still an asshole for not even trying to understand something you’ve never had any experience in. Our realities are totally different. But I comprehend and consider that fact, you do not.

I didn't write the constitution of the United States, asshat. I do not make the laws of the country in which I was born. Not every American owns a gun and it is ignorant to think that.

I can only speak for MYSELF and will tell you that my parents did not have guns just "lying around" when I was growing up. Nor did my partner's parents. His best friends’ parents, I cannot speak to as I did not know them.

In my mother’s household, we had one firearm that was always locked up in a place I never knew where it was. In my father’s household, there were a few guns, but they too were locked up in a combination safe that I was not privy on how to open it. I don’t have any control over how other Americans handle their guns or store their weapons in their homes, children or no children.

I currently own one handgun, a shotgun and a 22 rifle. The shotgun and rifle are locked in a case, inside a padlocked shed in my back yard. The handgun is in a locked box inside my home. Only myself and my partner even knows of it’s exact location. My child is an adult living on her own. My grandchildren who visit once a week have no idea that we even have guns. There are no other children or young adults that ever step foot in my home.

I never mentioned being taught about guns before my adult years or said the words “how I was raised”. I was taught/trained on gun use before I obtained a firearm and my carry conceal permit at the age of 42 years old (7 years ago). I never even thought of having a firearm until I had a reason to protect myself with one, which is a whole other matter I won’t get into. It’s just a common rule of thumb to handle ALL firearms as if they are loaded when handling them AT ALL, for whatever reason.

I would TOTALLY agree with you that anyone, regardless of their nationality, having guns just lying around is idiotic.
FFS people, can't you just ignore some shit someone posted instead of going on like a tit for tat? Grow up!

Re: Woman Accidentally Shoot and Kills Her Boyfriend

I blame the owner of the firearm whoever he/she is for this tragedy.

As a firearm owner it is your responsibility to keep it stored away in a safe place or secured in your holster and not leave it out in the open under the reach of people who will very likely have no knowledge about the safe handling of a firearm.

Most people with no previous knowledge about a semiauto workings will usually believe taking the magazine out leaves the weapon "unloaded" and in a "safe state" because they are completely ignorant about the mechanics and function of an auto loader (It may or it may not be safe in accordance to the way the owner carries it), granted it's not their fault to lack the knowledge but sure is a lack of common sense as to run the risk a lethal weapon could go off and kill the person you are pointing it at despite having took the magazine out but with the complete conscience you don't know how the damn thing works.

Re: Woman Accidentally Shoot and Kills Her Boyfriend

Unless you are actually trying to shoot them, only a complete idiot would point a firearm at another human being.

If you don't know how to safely operate one, then you have no business picking up any firearm.

Silly, most are here to indulge their curiosity and morbid insatiable appetite to see gore, not to go all fucking mental over what someone else perceives as a personal attack over someone else's response. Who cares? Only adolescent children 13 years and younger. Be an adult and shake it off. Don't worry, be happy.
