Now... I presume there are some kind of pedestrian-friendly cross-this-highway ramps, spirals, stairs, a tunnel, SOMEthing within reasonable walking distance (I mean, she can RUN).... right? Is there sufficient need here, for 'jaywalker safe crossing' little grassy overways, like go in for wildlife at runover-rich areas of highway?
